Zinsser Watertite Etch & Cleaner is a multi-purpose masonry cleaner and etcher. It is designed to clean, etch and neutralize surfaces prior to painting or other finishing processes. It can be used on a variety of surfaces including brick, concrete, stone, terra cotta, and stucco. It is non-flammable and contains no acids, caustics, or petroleum distillates. The etching process removes dirt, chalk, salts, lime deposits and other debris from masonry surfaces.
