WEICON WR2 Epoxy Resin Plastic Steel | For metal with high abrasion PROPERTIES: WEICON WR2 is particularly suitable for areas where the application of sealants is not possible, such as repairs to conveyor systems, guide rails and slideways. It is also used to prevent wear on metal surfaces that are exposed to high abrasion and erosion and to serve as a wear-resistant undercoat before final coating with WEICON Ceramic BL. The adhesive is pasty, mineral-filled, wear-resistant and highly abrasion-resistant. APPLICATION: The epoxy resin system can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in apparatus engineering and in many other areas of industry. STORAGE: Store WEICON Plastic Metal in a dry place at room temperature. Unopened containers can be stored at temperatures between +18 and +28°C for at least 24 months after delivery date. Opened containers must be used within 6 months. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: Epoxy resin, mineral filled. Texture: pasty. Colour: dark grey. Mechanical resistance: after 16 hours. Final hardness: after 24 hours. Temperature resistance: -35 to +120°C
