WEICON WR Epoxy Resin Plastic Steel | For metal with heavy friction PROPERTIES: WEICON WR is suitable for areas where metal parts are subject to heavy wear due to friction. For repairs and for overmoulding of shafts, for casting of bearings, cutting and punching tools, for the production of foundry and copy milling patterns as well as drawing moulds, for undermoulding of machines and foundations and as a wear-resistant undercoat before final coating with WEICON Ceramic BL. The epoxy resin adhesive is liquid, steel-filled and wear-resistant. APPLICATION: The epoxy resin system can be used in mechanical engineering, in tool making, in model and mould making, and in many other fields of industry. STORAGE: Store WEICON Plastic Metal in a dry place at room temperature. Unopened containers can be stored at temperatures from +18 to +28°C for at least 24 months after delivery date. Opened containers must be used within 6 months. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: Epoxy resin, steel filled. Composition: liquid Colour: black. Mechanical resistance: after 16 h. Final hardness: after 24 h. Temperature resistance: -35 to +120°C
