WEICON HP Epoxy Resin Plastic Steel | Adhesive for Structural Bonding PROPERTIES: The residual-elastic 2-component epoxy resin adhesive is pasty, mineral-filled, practically shrink-free, impact-resistant, abrasion-proof and particularly suitable for structural bonding. As a high-performance solution, the epoxy resin system is particularly suitable for structural bonding. APPLICATION: Due to its high elongation at break, the adhesive can be used for repairs on heavily vibrating machines, as wear protection for slide bearings, slides and pipes, and for lining heavily stressed pump housings. The adhesive can be used universally on almost all surfaces. Its paste-like consistency makes it run-proof and easy to fill. It can therefore also be used on vertical surfaces and even "overhead". WEICON HP can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in apparatus engineering, and in many other areas of industry. STORAGE: Store WEICON Plastic Metal in a dry place at room temperature. Unopened containers can be stored at temperatures between +18 and +28°C for at least 24 months after delivery date. Opened containers must be used within 6 months. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: Epoxy resin, mineral filled. Texture: pasty. Colour: white. Hand-fast: after 16 hours. Final hardness: after 48 hours Temperature resistance: -35 to +160°C
