WEICON HB 300 Epoxy Resin Plastic Steel | Bonding to Castings & Metal Parts PROPERTIES : WEICON HB 300 is pasty, steel-filled and resistant to high temperatures up to +200°C (for short periods up to +280°C) and is processed in a mixing ratio of 1:1. The epoxy resin system is also suitable for application on vertical surfaces and can be used for repairs and bonding of castings and metal parts, for filling of blowholes, for repairing damages on containers, car bodies and machine parts and for sealing of pumps and pipes. APPLICATION : The product can be used in machine and plant construction, in apparatus engineering and many other areas of industry. STORAGE : WEICON Plastic Metal can be stored dry at room temperature. Unopened containers can be stored at temperatures between +18 and +28°C for at least 24 months after delivery date. Opened containers must be used within 6 months. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: Epoxy resin, steel filled. Texture: pasty. Colour: dark grey. Mechanical resistance: after 12 hours. Final hardness: after 24 hours Temperature resistance: -35 to +200°C, short term up to +280°C
