WEICON Epoxy Resin Plastic Steel Ceramic W | For white bonding & lining PROPERTIES : The epoxy resin adhesive is pasty, mineral-filled, extremely wear-resistant, temperature resistant up to +200°C (short term up to +260°C), chemical resistant and offers high abrasion resistance. The epoxy resin system is resistant to run-off and can be applied to vertical surfaces and even "overhead". Ceramic W is suitable for bonding or lining aluminium oxide bricks in mill construction, for lining pump housings subject to heavy loads, as wear protection for slide bearings, slides and pipes and wherever the use of dark products is not desirable for visual reasons. APPLICATION : The product can be used in machine and plant construction, mill construction, apparatus engineering and many other areas of industry. STORAGE : WEICON Plastic Metal can be stored dry at room temperature. Unopened containers can be stored at temperatures between +18 and +28°C for at least 24 months after delivery date. Opened containers must be used within 6 months. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: Epoxy resin, mineral filled. Texture: pasty. Colour: white. Mechanical resistance: after 24 hours. Final hardness: after 48 hours Temperature resistance: -35 to +200°C, short term up to +260°C
