WEICON CBC Epoxy Resin | Plastic-steel for relining of plants CHARACTERISTICS: The epoxy adhesive is vibration resistant, impact resistant, break and temperature resistant and is suitable for relining and backfilling of installations which are difficult to align. The special epoxy resin system has a low viscosity, is very flowable and self-levelling. It has a pot life of 30 minutes and cures almost without shrinkage. The adhesive offers permanently high static strength, has a high resistance to ageing and pressure and is resistant to many chemicals, oils and fuels. APPLICATION: The system serves as a replacement for fitting pieces, such as steel or similar materials and ensures direct contact with foundation plates. The epoxy resin system adheres particularly well to steel and concrete. Due to its very low shrinkage, machines and equipment remain in constant alignment after casting with WEICON CBC. Unopened containers can be stored at temperatures from +18 to +28°C for at least 24 months after delivery date. When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of the EC safety data sheets must be observed.
