The new Makita EM4350RH back-pack brush cutter is designed for use by grounds care contractors where large areas of rough vegetation need to be cleared. Powered by a 43cc 2hp version of Makita’s advanced MM4 4-stroke engine, this back-pack brush cutter weighs just 12kg.
With the fully padded harness it is comfortable to operate and vibrations are minimal. With the engine effectively separated from the carry frame by four isolating springs, which damp out any vibrations, the vibration effect on the operator is greatly reduced.
Operator controls are at the handgrip position controlling throttle opening and cutting drive. The Makita MM4 4-stroke engine is powerful and quiet and has very low fuel consumption. The engine has been developed in compliance with strict exhaust emission regulations to meet EPA Phase 2 and EU Stage 2 standards while smooth torque is ideal for driving the 230mm diameter star blade.
With a diaphragm carburettor, primer pump, decompressor valve and spring assisted recoil starter, this MM4 engine will fire into life easily in both hot and cold conditions. From the engine clutch a flexible link takes drive to the M10 main spindle down to the blade drive head.
mm4 Makita mini 4 stroke engine.
Complies with carb tier 3, EPA phase 2 and EU stage 2.
Low vibration; vibration on the back of the operator is reduced by the 4 damper springs mounted between the engine and the backpack frame.
Engine Power: 25.4cc.
Engine and Shaft Are seperately.
Clean exhaust emission and low fuel consumption.
Spring assisted recoil Starter; can be operated whilst the engine is on the user's back.
Easier maintenance; large oil Filling port and drain plug allow for easy oil change.
Diaphragm type carburetor.
43.0 mL MM4 Backpack Brushcutter, Loop Handle.
The flexible shaft between engine and shaft allowing efficiently work on slops, undulating ground or in narrow space.
Professional-user type for superior maneuverability for heavy-duty applications in forestry and construction site area.
Able to start/stop engine while carrying machine.
Less recoil pulling power by mechanical decompression.
