WEICON Chrome Silver Spray 400ml PROPERTIES : WEICON Chrome Silver Spray offers highly brilliant aluminium-based surface sealing and coating. Due to the special composition and highest purity of the metal pigments, the high gloss level is achieved. APPLICATION : The spray can be used for prototypes and sample pieces, mirroring (e.g. reflectors), in trade fair and exhibition construction, for effective decoration and for the visual enhancement of different materials (e.g. metal, wood, etc.). PROCESSING: Clean and degrease surfaces with WEICON Surface Cleaner. Shake can before use until the mixing ball is clearly audible. Spray evenly at room temperature at a distance of approx. 25 cm in a crosswise motion. Dust dry after approx. 15 minutes, fully cured in approx. 10-12 hours. STORAGE: Container is under pressure. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above +50°C. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: aluminium, glossy. Field of application: Interior. Binder: Natural resin. Pigment: platelet-shaped aluminium pigments (approx. 99.5%). Metal content in dry film: 15%. Specific weight: 0.8 - 0.9 g|cm³. Recommended primer: WEICON Zinc Spray. Application temperature: +5 to +35, optimal +18 to +35°C. Abrasion resistant: no. Top coat: not required. Storage stability: 24 months. Temperature resistance: -50 to +400°C
