WEICON Bio-Welding Protection Anti-Spatter 28 L biologically degradable separation agent milky WEICON Bio-Weld Protectant is silicone-free and is used to clean | keep clean the welding nozzles. At the same time, it protects the workpiece to be welded from the effects of spatter without impairing the weld seam. PROPERTIES OF THE RELEASE AGENT: - fast acting - odourless - solvent-free - free from silicones - heat resistant - environmentally friendly - very economical - multifunctional APPLICATION OF THE RELEASE AGENT: - corrosion protection | protective agent | metal cleaning | weld cleaning - suitable for metal | stainless steel | steel | copper | brass - cleaner | grease remover | oil remover - in many industrial areas: o automotive industry o mechanical engineering: shipbuilding | power machines | machine tools o toolmaking o Model making o Electrical engineering o Building industry PROCESSING: Thinly brush or spray the workpiece or welding nozzle (e.g. with a compressed air spray can) and start the welding process. STORAGE: Keep tightly closed in original packaging. Protect from direct sunlight. Storage temperature must not exceed +50°C. Store container in a cool, well-ventilated place. Store in a dry place.
